JECTURE ESG POLICY

At Jecture, we recognize that long-term success is built on sustainable and responsible action. Our ESG Policy is an integral part of our corporate strategy and reflects our commitment to minimizing risks associated with climate change, building a future-oriented and resilient organization, and creating value for our employees, customers, suppliers, and society.

We strive to reduce environmental impact, strengthen social engagement, and act with integrity and transparency. Our ESG strategy is based on clear objectives supported by concrete measures. Through our ESG Dashboard, we monitor progress and publish results on a regular basis. ESG data and performance will increasingly be collected and structured in accordance with recognized standards such as the GHG Protocol and prepared for potential external reporting.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

The ESG Dashboard serves as the central tool for systematically monitoring and assessing sustainability performance across all material topics. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) included are reviewed and updated regularly, depending on relevance, data availability, and materiality.

This ensures that data collection remains focused, accurate, and aligned with prioritized sustainability goals.

Progress is reviewed periodically by the Steering Committee and the responsible Sustainability Department. Results and insights are shared upon request with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and foster ongoing dialogue.
