🇵🇱 Kozerki - Junior HR Specialist

Job desription: 

  • Preparing HR and payroll documentation – various types of contracts, contract annexes, certificates, employment certificates, training cards, etc.
  •  Ensuring the proper circulation of documents, including archiving, and the efficient flow of information related to processes in the HR, Payroll and Administration Department
  • Responding to enquiries from employees and colleagues
  • Benefit administration
  • Monitoring health and safety training dates and medical examination expiry dates (initial, periodic, follow-up, sanitary and epidemiological)
  • Participating in the calculation of salaries, holiday leave, sick pay and other absences
  • Working with the Płatnik programme and the Symfonia HR and payroll system
  • Preparing reports and summaries as needed
  • Participating in personnel administration projects
  • Participating in recruitment and training processes

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Communicative English
  • Knowledge of regulations in the field of payroll accounting, social security and labour law
  • Very good self-organisation skills, accuracy and commitment
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
